Wendy is an enthusiastic Human Resources Professional with 20+ years of experience in proven success in talent acquisition, leadership development, and career coaching. After departing from Bank of America as VP, Talent Acquisition Consultant in September 2022, Wendy launched a boutique consulting practice helping undergrads with their job search (internship and fulltime roles). While much of her career has been spent in financial services industry, Wendy prides herself as being a “triage Recruiter” who partners with hiring managers and quickly assesses the competitive landscape. Her broad range of recruitment includes corporate functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance/Audit, HR, Operations), Technology, and Wealth Management. Wendy is often described as an excellent communicator, self-motivated, extremely proactive (a do’er!), solution- based thinker; strong business minded individual who thrives on building relationships and true partnerships where she helps executives identify and recruit top talent for critical hiring needs.

Wendy received her BBA – Management from Ohio University. When she’s not working, you’ll find her watching a hockey game or on the paddle court!
