Coaching
As a part of our practice, The NLP Group provides coaching to candidates and executives ranging from interviewing to business practices. In a competitive job market, the littlest of things can make a huge difference tipping the scales toward someone and away from others being hired. That's why our candidate coaching includes strategic networking, resume/LinkedIn development, interviewing skills and post interview follow-up coaching and touch-bases. With our hiring clients we focus on their business needs around recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding, etc., and customize approiate coaching in those areas.
